现行《动物检疫管理办法》在实际应用中存在的问题及建议分析

Analysis of the Problems and Suggestions in the Practical Application of the Current Measures for the Administration of Animal Quarantine

做好动物检疫工作,不仅可促进当地家畜及畜产品的流通和贸易,提高畜牧业的经济效益,而且对加强动物疫病防控,保障动物及动物产品安全都具有十分重要的经济效益和社会效益。原中华人民共和国农业部制定的《动物检疫管理办法》,自2010年3月执行以来,时至今日,已有7~8年的历程了,笔者作为一名基层检疫人员,就本办法执行以来存在的问题及建议分析如下。

Good animal quarantine work could not only promote the circulation and trade of local livestock and animal products,improve the economic benefits of animal husbandry,but also could strengthen the prevention and control of animal diseases,ensure the important economic and social benefits of the safety of animals and animal products.It has been implemented for 7 or 8 years since March 2010 that the measures for the administration of animal quarantine formulated by the former minister of agriculture of the People’s Republic of China.It was analyzed by the grassroots quarantine officer that the problems and suggestions since the implementation of this method as follows.
