2019年全国青年女排集训训练课质量特征的研究

A Study on the Quality Characteristics of the National Youth Volleyball Training Course in 2019

为了进一步提高我国青年女排集训训练课质量,了解我国青年女排队伍在全运会不同阶段的训练课密度、强度的情况,切实提高教练员科学合理制定训练计划的能力,以及组织实施训练的能力。本文采用文献资料法、观察法、测试法、数理统计法,通过对2019年1月参加在漳州举行的全国青年女排集训队伍中随机抽取7支队伍进行训练课质量测试,对测试结果进行分析与研究。研究结果表明:需进一步提高部分队伍的训练课个人练习密度、组织密度,加强部分教练员对训练课的效率意识,进一步周密和完善训练课的训练计划和设计,加强训练方法的组织、实施和对训练节奏的把控。基于青少年这一阶段的生理、心理的特征,应以提高练习密度、增加触球次数为主,以达到“量变到质变”的飞跃。

In order to further improve the quality of China's youth volleyball training session,to understand China's young women's volleyball team at different stages of national strength training density,the ability of the coaches and improve the scientific and reasonable training plan,and organize the implementation of training the ability of this article USES the literature material method,observational method test method,mathematical statistics,in January 2019 to participate in the national youth women's volleyball training team in zhangzhou in randomly selected 7 team training quality test,the test result analysis and research The results show that it is necessary to further improve the individual practice density and organization density of the training course for some teams,strengthen the awareness of efficiency of the training course for some coaches,further elaborate and perfect the training plan and design of the training course,and strengthen the organization and implementation of the training method and control of the training rhythm.Based on the physiological and psychological characteristics of teenagers,we should increase the density of practice and the number of touching balls,so as to achieve the leap of"quantitative change to qualitative change".
