GIS开关操作外壳振动分布特性仿真研究 被引量:9

摘要 GIS设备为全封闭结构,传统的GIS设备故障诊断的方法有很多,但是对于故障的定位和处理较为困难。文中提出利用开关操作作为激励源,通过设备外壳表面的振动信号检测GIS设备故障的思路。根据110 kV GIS设备的结构,采用有限元分析软件,建立了设备的仿真模型,并考虑了螺栓连接方式、振动传递衰减等诸多因素,对GIS开关操作时设备外壳的振动特性进行研究。结果表明,壳体部位比临近实心结构处的振动加速度峰值更高,螺栓松动缺陷的存在会减弱连接部位振动加速度峰值的差距,设备内部存在异物时对所在位置附近的振动特性有轻微的影响。 GIS equipment is enclosed.Although there are many traditional fault diagnosis methods for GIS equip⁃ment,it is difficult to locate and handle the faults.This paper proposes the idea of using the switch operation as the excitation source to detect the GIS equipment failure through the vibration signal on the surface of the equipment en⁃closure.According to the structure of the 110 kV GIS equipment,the simulation model of the equipment is estab⁃lished by using the finite element analysis software.Considering the bolt connection mode,vibration transmission at⁃tenuation and many other factors,the vibration characteristics of the equipment during the operation of the GIS switch are studied.The results show that the vibration acceleration peak value of the shell is higher than that of the nearby solid structure.The existence of the bolt loosening will reduce the gap between the vibration acceleration peak of the joint.The existence of foreign objects inside the device has a slight effect on the vibration characteristics near the location.
