摘要
近年来,电力系统断路器操动机构拒动故障频发,严重影响电力系统安全稳定运行。分合闸线圈电流包含了大量的机构状态信息,能够很好反映机构的运行状态。但在实际运行中,不同状态下的分合闸线圈电流数据难以获取,导致无法实现数据的横向对比,也就无法有效通过分合闸线圈电流判断机构状态。为获取分合闸线圈不同状态下的电流曲线,建立了分合闸线圈三维电—磁—运动多物理场耦合模型,同时基于分合闸线圈的试验数据对仿真模型参数进行修正,最后得到的分合闸线圈仿真计算模型精度较高,具有重要的工程应用价值。
In recent years,the frequent failure of power grid mechanism seriously affects the safe and stable opera⁃tion of power system.The coil current contains a lot of information about the mechanism state,and it can well reflect the running state of the mechanism.However,in actual operation,it is difficult to obtain the coil current data under different mechanism states,which makes it impossible to realize the horizontal comparison of the data,and it also impossible to judge the state of the mechanism effectively through the coil current.The 3⁃D electric⁃magnetic⁃motion multi⁃physics coupled model is established to obtain the coil current data under different mechanism states.Simulta⁃neously,the simulation model parameters is modified based on the test data of the coil.The final simulation calcula⁃tion model of the tripping and closing coil has higher accuracy,and it has important engineering application value.
