传统的更新方法无法满足现阶段的基础测绘快速更新要求,省、市、区三级基础测绘进行联动更新具有重大的意义。论述了省市县基础测绘联动更新的技术流程,重点研究了机制建立、变化发现与检测、增量更新等关键技术,对今后的基础测绘快速更新具有技术上的指导意义。

Traditional renewal methods cannot meet the requirements of rapid renewal of basic surveying and mapping at this stage.This paper discusses the technological process of linkage renewal of basic surveying and mapping in provinces,cities and counties,and focuses on the key technologies such as mechanism establishment,change detection and incremental renewal,which has important strategic significance for the rapid renewal of basic surveying and mapping in the future.
