摘要
目的:探索药学部药学服务人员在突发公共卫生事件心理危机的预防方法。方法:结合“预防-预警-干预”的三级干预模式,以不同的目标设置不同水平的预防模式,构建出针对药学服务人员的早期心理预防药事管理模式。结果与结论:通过积极构建早期心理预防药事管理模式并开展相关工作,在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生期间,保证了药学部药学服务人员在疫情应急中的心理健康,使药学部在疫情中保持稳定的药品供应和为应急救援提供药学服务,促进了药事管理中应急管理的发展与完善。
OBJECTIVE To explore the methods to prevent the psychological crisis of pharmaceutical service personnel in the public health emergency.METHODS Combined with the three-level intervention mode of prevention,early warning and intervention,different levels of prevention models were set up with different objectives,and an early psycho-preventive pharmaceutical management model for pharmaceutical care personnel was constructed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION By actively constructing the early psychological prevention medicine management mode and carrying out the related work,the psychological health of the pharmaceutical service personnel in the emergency of the SARS-CoV-2 was guaranteed,and the pharmaceutical department maintained a stable drug supply in the epidemic situation and provided pharmaceutical care for emergency rescue,and promoted the development and improvement of emergency management in the pharmaceutical management.
