脓毒血症患者血清IncRNA H19与TNF-ɑIL-1β及IL-6等促炎因子水平相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨脓毒血症患者血清IncRNA H19与机体促炎因子水平的相关性。方法选择2016年12月至2018年12月脓毒血症患者120例及健康者60例,将其分为健康对照组、轻度脓毒血症组、重度脓毒血症组。利用Real-time PCR检测三组患者外周血清IncRNA H19的表达水平,在入院24h时,对患者促炎因子TNF-ɑ、IL-1β及IL-6进行测定;分析血清IncRNA H19水平与促炎因子的相关性。结果脓毒血症患者急性期血清中的lncRNA H19表达水平明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度脓毒血症患者比轻型脓毒血症患者lncRNA H19表达水平高(P<0.05);入院24h患病组TNF-ɑ、IL-1β、IL-6水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05),上述各指标水平在三组中呈现出重度脓毒血症组>轻度脓毒血症组>健康对照组。相关性分析表明血IncRNA H19表达水平与促炎因子TNF-ɑ、IL-1β、IL-6呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论脓毒血症患者血清IncRNA H19与机体炎症反应有关,为临床诊治脓毒血症提供了新思路。 Objective To explore the correlation between serum long non-coding RNA(IncRNAH19)and pro-inflammatory factors in sepsis patients.Methods A total of 120 sepsis patients and 60 healthy patients treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into healthy control group,mild sepsis group and severe sepsis group.Real-time PCR was used to detect the expression level of IncRNA H19 in peripheral blood of the three groups.24h after admission in patients with pro-inflammatory factor TNF-ɑ,IL-6 and IL-1βwere determined.The correlation between serum IncRNA H19 level and pro-inflammatory factors was analyzed.Results The expression level of lncRNA H19 in serum of patients with sepsis in the acute phase was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of lncRNA H19 in patients with severe sepsis was higher than that in patients with mild sepsis(P<0.05).Admitted to hospital 24h disease group of TNF-ɑ,IL-6 and IL-1βlevels were significantly higher than that of healthy controls(P<0.05).The above three groups of every index in the present severe sepsis<mild sepsis group<healthy controls.Correlation analysis showed that serum IncRNA H19 expression level and pro-inflammatory factor TNF-ɑ,IL-6,IL-1βwas a positive correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum IncRNAH19 of sepsis patients is related to inflammatory reaction,which provides a new idea for clinical diagnosis and treatment of sepsis.
