益气养阴消癥方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng decoction on early diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨益气养阴消癥方治疗早期糖尿病肾病(ND)的疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2019年12月56例早期ND患者分为两组,对照组(n=28)给予常规西药治疗,观察组(n=28)加服益气养阴消癥方治疗,观察两组患者血糖、血脂及肾功能指标等改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组FBG及TG、TC、LDL-C水平均与对照组比较更低(t=3.560、3.622、17.583、4.927,P<0.05);观察组肾功能指标(Scr、BUN、Ccr、ET-1)及24-UP均低于对照组(t=11.576、3.284、8.519、3.182、16.565,P<0.05);观察组血清TGF-β、ICAM-1及FGF-23水平均低于对照组(t=2.963、5.580、2.879,P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗基础上给予早期ND患者中药益气养阴消癥方治疗,可明显提高血糖、血脂控制效果,使患者肾功能获得更大程度改善,促进血清TGF-β、ICAM-1、FGF-23水平有效降低。

Objective To evaluate the effect and value of Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Prescription in treating early diabetic nephropathy(ND).Methods Fifty-six patients with early ND treated in the Department of endocrinology in our hospital from March 2018 to 2019 were divided into two groups,western medicine group(n=28)was treated with routine western medicine,the traditional Chinese medicine group(n=28)was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Decoction,the improvement of blood sugar,blood lipid and renal function were observed.Results After treatment,the levels of FBG,TG,TC and LDL-C in TCM group were significantly lower than those in western medicine group(t=3.560,3.622,17.583,4.927,P<0.05).After treatment,renal function indexes(Scr,BUN,Ccr,ET-1)and 24-UP in TCM group were significantly lower than those in Western medicine group(t=11.576,3.284,8.519,3.182,16.565,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum TGF-beta,ICAM-1 and fibroblast growth factor-23 in TCM group were significantly lower than those in western medicine group(t=2.963,5.580,2.879,P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine western medicine treatment,early ND patients are treated with Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Decoction,can obviously improve the control effect of blood sugar and blood lipid,improve the renal function of patients,and effectively reduce the levels of serum TGF-beta,ICAM-1 and fibroblast growth factor-23.
