针药并用对湿热内蕴型放射性直肠炎的临床疗效观察

目的观察针灸疗法联合中药口服、西药灌肠对放射性直肠炎的疗效,及对相关炎症因子的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年3月放射性直肠炎患者46例,中医辨证均为湿热内蕴型,随机分为对照组和观察组各23例,对照组予中药内服联合西药灌肠治疗,观察组在中药内服、西药灌肠的同时联合针灸治疗。分别评价两组患者临床疗效,同时检测两组患者治疗前后TNF-α水平。结果观察组临床症状改善总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后TNF-α水平均下降,但观察组下降更为显著(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针灸疗法联合中药内服、西药灌肠对放射性直肠炎有较好的临床疗效,可显著降低炎症因子水平。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with oral Chinese medicine and Enema of Western Medicine on radiation enteritis and the influence of related inflammatory factors.Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,46 patients with radiation proctitis in our hospital were divided into two groups randomly:control group and experimental group.There were 23 cases in each group.The experience group was treated with oral traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine enema,while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine enema.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the levels of TNF-αwere measured before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of improving the clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of TNF-αin the control group and the treatment group both declined after treatment,but the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive application of acupuncture with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine and enema of western medicine has significant clinical effect on radiation enteritis,which can significantly improve the curative effect and reduce the level of proinflammatory factors,which is is worth further study.
