我国“互联网+”延续性护理的Meta分析

目的分析我国“互联网+”延续性护理研究现状及趋势,树立研究的热点问题,为后续研究提供参考。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和万方数据库从建库至2019年5月15日间收录的“互联网+”延续性护理的相关文献,对文献年度分布、地域分布、机构分布、期刊分布、文献作者、基金资助分布和研究热点及研究对象等进行统计分析。结果共纳入408篇文献,年度发文量总体呈上升趋势;地域分布较为广泛;合著率为32.84%,合作度为5.31,我国“互联网+”延续性护理的核心作者尚未形成;获基金资助的论文79篇(19.36%);研究热点主要集中在微信平台、延续性护理和生活质量等方面,研究对象主要为糖尿病患者、骨科术后患者和高血压病患者等。结论近年来我国在“互联网+”延续性护理相关方面的研究取得快速发展,但各区域发展不平衡、学术影响率低,护理科研工作者应针对基金支持率低等问题进一步提高相关领域的研究质量。

Objective To analyze the current situation and trend of"Internet plus"continuity nursing in China,and to set up hot topics for further study.Methods The Internet plus continuous care literatures collected from the database of China journal full text database(CNKI)and Wanfang database from 15 days to May 2019 was searched by computer.The distribution,geographical distribution,institutional distribution,journal distribution,literature authors,fund funding distribution,research hotspots and research subjects were analyzed statistically.Results A total of 408 articles were included,the annual delivery volume increased overall,the geographical distribution was relatively wide,the co-authored rate was 32.84%,and the cooperation degree was 5.31.The co-authors of"Internet plus"continuity nursing in China had not yet formed;79 papers(19.36%)were funded by the fund;the research hotspots were mainly focused on WeChat platforms,continuous care and quality of life.The main research objects are diabetic patients,patients after orthopedic surgery and hypertension patients.Conclusions In recent years,the research on"Internet+"continuous nursing has made rapid development in China,but the development of each region is unbalanced,the academic influence rate is low,and nursing researchers should further improve the research quality in relevant fields in view of the low fund support rate.
