成人水痘肺炎肺部CT表现分析

目的探讨成人水痘肺炎患者肺部CT表现,以提高对本病的影像学认识。方法回顾性分析24例成人水痘患者的肺部CT影像表现及临床病理特点。结果24例成人水痘肺炎患者中22例以肺结节表现为主,共发现肺结节139枚,直径2~17mm,平均(5.1±2.2)mm,两肺下野最常见,两肺上野次之,两肺中野最少,2例患者肺部结节表现为多枚结节融合,3例患者肺部结节有空气支气管征。另2例患者肺部表现为片状模糊影。结论成人水痘肺炎肺部CT表现以多发边界模糊的肺部结节为主,其CT表现较有特征性。

Objective To explore the CT manifestations of lungs in adults with varicella pneumonia in order to improve the imaging knowledge of the disease.Methods The lung CT imaging manifestations and clinicopathological characteristics of 24 adult varicella patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 24 adult varicella pneumonia patients,22 had mainly pulmonary nodules.A total of 139 pulmonary nodules were found with a size of 2~17mm in diameter(average 5.1±2.2mm).They were most common distribution in the lower lung field,second in the upper lung field,least in the middle lung field.The lung nodules of 2 patients showed fusion of multiple nodules,and the lung nodules of 3 patients had air bronchial signs.The lungs of the other 2 patients showed flaky blurred images.Conclusion The CT manifestations of adult varicella pneumonia are mainly pulmonary nodules with blurred borders.The CT features are more characteristic.
