摘要
基于超材料的电磁谐振特性,设计、制作一种应用于微波频率的超薄三频带极化独立的超材料吸波器。利用提取的等效电磁参数计算吸波器的吸收特性,并分析吸波器中金属背衬与吸收峰的关系,通过电场分布和表面电流分布对吸波器的电磁谐振吸收特性进行详细研究。最后,在微波暗室中利用弓形法对吸波器的吸收性能进行实际测量,验证仿真与计算结果的正确性。
Based on the electromagnetic resonance characteristics of metamaterials,an ultra-thin three-band polarization independent metamaterial absorber for microwave frequencies is designed and manufactured.The extracted equivalent electromagnetic parameters are used to calcu⁃late the absorption characteristics of the absorber,and the relationship between the metal backing and the absorption peak in the absorber is analyzed.The electromagnetic resonance absorption characteristics of the absorber are studied in detail by the distribution of electric field and surface current.Finally,the absorption performance of the absorber is measured by the bow method in the anechoic chamber.
