儿童急性呼吸窘迫综合征诊治进展及思考 被引量：4

摘要 儿童急性呼吸窘迫综合征(pediatric acute respiratory distress syndrome,pARDS)是一种并不少见且病死率较高的综合征。肺内、肺外多种病因均可诱发,肺部感染尤其是病毒感染是导致pARDS最常见的病因。国外报道pARDS的发病率在3.5/10万人[1],病死率约为24%[2]。2006-2007年我国26家医院儿童重症监护病房(pediatric intensive care unit,PICU)多中心调查显示,pARDS的发病率为2.7%,病死率高达44.8%[3].
