摘要
琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂(SDHIs)是继甲氧基丙烯酸酯类和三唑类之后的第三大类杀菌剂,也是近几年来销售额年复合增长率增长最快的杀菌剂。根据现有23个此类商品化杀菌剂可知,该抑制剂结构包括3部分:酸片段(A)、胺片段(B)和酰胺键链接部分(C)。概述了近3年报道的琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂类新活性化合物的最新研究进展且对其创制经纬进行了简要介绍。
Succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors(SDHIs)are the third largest class of fungicides after methoxyacrylates and triazoles,and its compound annual growth rate of sales was the fastest among fungicides in recent years.According to 23 existing commercial SDHIs fungicides,it can be known that their structures are divided into three parts:an acid fragment(A),an amine fragment(B),and an amide bond(C).Consequently,the latest research progress of new active compounds of SDHIs that have been reported in journals in last three years were summarized in this review.Meanwhile,their discovery was briefly introduced.
