摘要
[目的]实现草甘膦母液资源化利用,同时满足国家环保要求是草甘膦生产企业面临的共性问题。[方法]针对某企业提供的草甘膦母液理化性能指标特点,设计投建一套有效负荷6 t/h的定向转换焚烧系统。[结论]经过6个月运行调试,反映出一些系统设计问题,针对问题进行改造后,可以将系统连续运行周期从15 d提高到1个月,主要产品焦磷酸钠纯度在85%~95%,排烟指标满足国家环保标准GB 18484—2001《危险废弃物焚烧污染控制标准》。
[Aims]One of common problems faced by glyphosate manufacturers is how to realize the comprehensive utilization of glyphosate mother liquor while meeting the national environmental protection requirements.[Methods]According to the characteristics of the physical and chemical properties of the glyphosate mother liquor,a directional conversion incineration system with a payload of 6 tons/hour was designed and constructed in this paper.[Conclusions]After 6 months of operation and debugging,some system design problems were reflected.After improvement,the continuous operating cycle of the system could increase from 15 days to 1 month with 85-95%purity of the product sodium pyrophosphate,meanwhile the flue gas emission index meets the national environmental protection standard GB 18484-2001 Pollution control standard for hazardous wastes incineration.
