新型高效除草剂HB-002的高效液相色谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]建立了一种新型高效绿色安全除草剂HB-002(化学名称2,6-双[(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)氧]苯甲酰间三氟甲基苯乙酮肟)的高效液相色谱定量与定性分析方法。[方法]用ODS-3色谱柱,乙腈-水(体积比60:40)为流动相,在25℃下,以254 nm为检测波长,以1.0 mL/min为流速,得到的液相色谱图分离效果好、保留时间适宜(6.15 min)。[结果]方法学试验表明:HB-002标准溶液在0.2~1.0 g/L范围内相关系数(r2)为0.99954,线性关系良好。精密度试验色谱峰面积RSD为0.51%,稳定性试验色谱峰面积RSD为0.21%,检出限(LOD)为0.163 g/L,定量限(LOQ)为0.544 g/L。[结论]该方法适用于新型高效绿色安全除草剂HB-002的快速定量与定性分析,操作简单、结果准确、稳定性好。 [Aims]This study aims to establish a quantitative and qualitative analysis method for a novel high-efficacy,green and safe herbicide HB-002(2,6-bis((4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidinyl)oxy)benzoyl 3-trifluoromethylacet ophenone oxime.[Methods]The results showed that the retention time of HB-002 was 6.15 min when the chromatographic separation was performed through ODS-3 column at 25℃and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(60:40,by vol)running at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min with ultraviolet(UV)detection set at 254 nm.[Results]The methodological experiments showed that the correlation coefficient(r2)is 0.99954 with the linear regression equation of HB-002 standard solution in the range of 0.2-1.0 g/L,the linear relationship is good.The peak area RSD of the precision experimental chromatogram is 0.51%,the RSD of the stability experimental peak area is 0.21%,the detection limit is 0.163 g/L,and the limit of quantitation is 0.544 g/L.[Conclusions]The method is suitable for rapid quantitative and qualitative analysis of HB-002 with advantages of simple operation,accurate result and good stability.
