摘要
采用机械合金化(MA)和放电等离子烧结(SPS)方法制备含Al的9Cr ODS合金,利用XRD、SEM-EDS分别研究了球磨时间对粉末机械合金化的影响及烧结温度对ODS合金组织性能的影响。试验结果表明,机械合金化50h时,机械合金化程度较高,机械合金化基本完成;烧结过程中,随着烧结温度的升高,烧结样品的致密性提高,1150℃烧结样品致密性最好,为97.4%,此温度下烧结的样品对应的抗拉强度(802.9MPa)与硬度(595HV)均为最优。
The 9Cr ODS alloy containing Al was prepared by mechanical alloying(MA)and spark plasma sintering(SPS).The effects of ball milling time on powder mechanical alloying and the effect of sintering temperature on the structure and properties of ODS alloys were studied by XRD and SEM-EDS.The results showed that the mechanical alloying degree was fairly high when the mechanical alloying is 50h,and the mechanical alloying was basically completed.During the sintering process,as the sintering temperature increased,the compactness of the sintered sample increased.The compactness of the sintered sample at 1150℃was the best,97.4%.The corresponding tensile strength(802.9MPa)and hardness(595HV)were optimal at this temperature.
