摘要
纳米压痕技术广泛应用于微纳米尺度材料原位力学性能的测试,介绍了近些年来纳米压痕技术在复合材料各组分、界面性能、残余应力等表征方面的应用,在此基础上提出了纳米压痕技术在复合材料应用中存在的问题,并结合今后研究方向展望了其发展趋势和应用前景。
Nano-indentation technology is widely used in the testing of in situ mechanical properties of micro-and nano-scale materials.A review of the recent applications of nano-indentation technique in the composite components,interface properties,residual stress and other aspects of characterization,on this basis,the problems of nano-indentation technology in the application of composite materials are put forward,and the development trend and application prospect are also prospected.
