摘要
在铁路工程建设中,运输便道设计是设计工作不可缺少的内容之一,便道设计的精细度、合理性对编制概预算有着重要的影响。本文结合《铁路大型临时工程和过渡工程设计规范》(铁总建设〔2018〕143号)和《公路路线设计规范》(JTG D20-2017)应遵循的技术标准与条件,并考虑铁路便道的特殊性,将市政道路设计软件维地引入铁路便道设计中,初步形成了铁路便道设计的新方法:奥维便道初步设计、关联点法导入CAD、基于维地的平纵横优化设计、填挖方计算和土方调配、概算编制与造价指标计算。并实例验证了新方法能够快捷、准确的进行铁路施工便道优化设计,有效控制投资,并提升编制概算的精确度。
In the construction of railway engineering,the design of the pioneer road is one of the indispensable contents of the design work,and the fineness and rationality of the pioneer road design have an important influence on the compilation of the estimated budget. Combining with the Code for Design of Large-scale Temporary Works and Transition Works for Railway( QCR 9149-2018) and Design Specification for Highway Alignment( JTG D20-2017) should follow the technical standards and conditions,and considering the particularity of railway service road. The municipal road design software dimension is introduced into the design of railway road,which initially forms a new method of railway road design: Preliminary design of pioneer road,import CAD by association point method,horizontal and vertical optimization design based on dimension,filling and excavation calculation and earthwork allocation and budget estimate preparation and cost index calculation. The example proves that the new method can optimize the design of railway construction access road quickly and accurately,effectively control the investment,and improve the accuracy of budget estimation.
