GC-MS分析白头婆不同部位中的挥发性成分 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析白头婆根、茎、叶、花等部位中的挥发性成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白头婆不同部位的挥发性成分,通过GC-MS法结合保留指数对其进行分析鉴定。结果从白头婆全草中共鉴定出132种挥发性成分,从根、茎、叶、花中分别鉴定出41、40、76、55种,分别占其挥发油总量的90.08%、86.8%、87.3%、94.09%;各部位挥发性成分的种类及含量存在较大的差异。结论较全面地分析了土家药白头婆的挥发性成分,为白头婆挥发性成分的药理研究提供了物质基础。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the volatile components in the roots,stems,leaves and flowers of Eupatorium japonicum.METHODS The volatile components in different parts of E.japonicum were extracted by steam distillation and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS)combined with retention index.RESULTS The 132 volatile components were identified in whole plant.A total of 41 chemical components were identified from roots,40 were from stems,76 were from leaves,and 55 were from flowers,representing the relative contents of 90.08%、86.8%、87.3%and 94.09%of the total composition.There are large differences in the constituents and contents of volatile components in various parts of E.japonicum.CONCLUSION The volatile components of E.japonicum have been analyzed more comprehensively.This study provides a material basis for the pharmacological research of the volatile components of E.japonicum.
