摘要
为了解黑龙江省香稻种质资源遗传特征,扩展黑龙江水稻品质育种亲本选择的遗传背景,本研究以42份黑龙江省香稻种质资源为材料,使用分布于水稻全部12条染色体上,在种质资源中具有多态性的50对SSR分子标记进行遗传多样性研究。结果共检测出204个等位位点;主要等位基因频率变幅为0.3333~0.9286,平均值为0.6110;位点间基因多样性变幅为0.1349~0.7857,平均值为0.5171;多态信息含量的变幅为0.1300~0.7572,平均值为0.4649;说明黑龙江寒地香稻的遗传基础狭窄,遗传多样性不够丰富。聚类分析结果表明,黑龙江省香稻资源分为3个类群,其中大部分的第一积温区香稻资源和大部分的第二积温区香稻资源各自聚为一类,说明香稻资源具有明显的区域特征,且各自类群中亲缘关系较近。本研究分析了黑龙江省香稻资源的遗传多样性,为寒地香稻种质资源利用和寒地香稻育种中的亲本选择提供依据,并提出香稻育种中间材料构建和早期鉴定的指导性建议。
In order to understand the genetic characteristics of aromatic rice germplasm resources in Heilongjiang province and to expand the genetic background of parents selection for rice quality breeding in Heilongjiang province.42 aromatic rice germplasm resources in Heilongjiang province were used as experimental materials,the genetic diversity was analyzed by 50 pairs SSR primers with polymorphism located in 12 chromosomes of rice.The results showed that 204 alleles were revealed.The major allele frequency was 0.3333~0.9286,with an average value of 0.6110.The genetic diversity between sites was 0.1349~0.7857,with an average of 0.5171.The variation of polymorphic information content was 0.1300~0.7572,with an average of 0.4649.Based on the cluster analysis of Nei's genetic distance,the aromatic rice germplasm resources in Heilongjiang were divided into 3 categories.This study analyzed the genetic diversity of the aromatic rice germplasm resources in Heilongjiang province,in order to provide reference for the utili zation of aromatic rice germplasm resources and the parents selection of in the aromatic rice variety breeding in cld region.
