热处理工艺对TBM刀盘低合金耐磨钢的耐磨性影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 对低合金耐磨钢板进行了不同工艺的热处理试验,并进行了化学成分检测、磨粒磨损试验、硬度检测、冲击韧性检测及显微组织的检测分析。结果表明:耐磨钢板的耐磨性与硬度、冲击韧性并不是绝对的正相关或负相关关系,起决定性因素的是组织形态。充分淬火后,低温回火的马氏体组织耐磨性最好,粒状贝氏体为主的组织有着较好的耐磨性。 The heat treatment test of low alloy wear-resistant steel plate was carried out by different technologies,and the chemical composition test,abrasive wear test,hardness test,impact toughness test and microstructure test were carried out.The results show that the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel plate is not absolutely positive or negative correlation with hardness and impact toughness.The decisive factor is microstructure shape.After full quenching,the low temperature tempering martensite has the best wear resistance,and the microstructure maingly with granular bainite has good wear resistance.
