摘要
铍铜合金性能优良、应用广泛,通过对不同Ni含量的低铍铜合金热轧板坯进行硬度检测、固溶处理以及微观组织分析,研究了Ni含量对低铍铜合金热轧板坯组织和硬度的影响。结果表明:随着Ni含量的升高,低铍铜合金热轧板坯由不含Ni时的141HV增长到含Ni为0.98wt%时的硬度峰值180 HV;随着Ni含量的继续升高,硬度下降到165 HV。975℃固溶时,随着固溶时间的延长,晶内出现分布均匀的针状Ni-Be相,确定低铍铜合金板坯的固溶温度为975℃固溶时间为1 h。
Beryllium copper alloy has excellent properties, which is widely used. The hardness detection, solid solution treatment and microstructure analysis of low beryllium copper alloy hot-rolled slab with different Ni content were carried out.The effects of Ni content on the microstructure and hardness of hot rolled slab of low beryllium copper alloy were studied. The results show that with the increase of Ni content, the hardness of hot rolled slab of low beryllium copper alloy increases from141 HV without Ni to a peak of 180 HV with Ni of 0.98 wt%. With the increase of Ni content, the hardness drops to 165 HV.When the alloys are solution treated at 975 ℃, with the extension of solid solution time, uniform needle-shaped Ni-Be phase appears. The solid solution temperature of the low beryllium copper alloy slab is 975 ℃ and the solid solution time is 1 h.
