摘要
激光熔覆技术已成为表面工程十分活跃的新兴领域,基于激光熔覆技术的激光再制造已成为重大工程装备修复新的发展方向,其独有的特点满足了钢铁冶金机械设备中一些关键零部件的维护修复需求。通过选用合理的合金粉末材料及激光熔覆工艺,成功地完成了宝钢冷轧连退机组失效的支撑辊辊颈激光修复再利用,从而延长了支撑辊的使用寿命,降低了支撑辊消耗,为高含碳量辊类的激光修复再制造提供借鉴和指导。
Laser cladding technology has become a very active new field of surface engineering. Laser remanufacturing based on laser cladding technology has become a new development direction of major engineering equipment’s repair. Its unique characteristics meet the maintenance and repair needs of some key components in iron and steel metallurgical machinery and equipment. Through the selection of reasonable alloy powder material and laser coating process, the laser repair and reuse of the invalid support roll neck of Baosteel cold rolling continuous annealing unit had been successfully completed. Thus, the service life of the support roll was prolonged, the consumption of the support roll was reduced, and it can provide reference and guidance for the laser repair and remanufacturing of the high carbon content roller.
