G8Cr15与GCr15轴承钢热处理工艺与性能对比分析

摘要 研究了G8Cr15与GCr15两种轴承钢的热处理工艺,并对其进行了冷变形抗力试验和冲击韧性试验。结果表明:G8Cr15轴承钢在770~790℃球化退火,得到的退火硬度和球化退火组织均检验合格。在830~840℃加热淬火,G8Cr15与GCr15两种轴承钢均得到细小的马氏体组织与高的硬度值。G8Cr15钢的淬硬性、抗回火性与GCr15钢相当。在相同试验条件下,G8Cr15钢比GCr15钢的平均压缩量大24%,冷变形抗力小9%,冲击韧度提高11.1%。 The heat treatment process of G8 Cr15 and GCr15 bearing steels was studied, and the cold deformation resistance test and impact toughness test were carried out. The results show that, when G8 Cr15 bearing steel is spheroidized at770-790 ℃, both the hardness and the structure of the spheroidized bearing steel are qualified. The fine martensite microstructure and high hardness of G8 Cr15 and GCr15 bearing steels are obtained by heating and quenching at 830-840 ℃.The hardening and tempering resistance of G8 Cr15 steel are comparable to those of GCr15 steel. Under the same test conditions, the average compression capacity of G8 Cr15 steel is 24% larger than that of GCr15 steel, the cold deformation resistance decreases by about 9%, and the impact toughness is increased by 11.1%.
