摘要
采用铸造法制备了不同Al5Ti1B含量的6061铝合金,研究了Al5Ti1B对铝合金微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:Al5Ti1B的加入可以极大地细化晶粒,提高6061合金的综合力学性能。当Al5Ti1B的加入量为0.7%时,经535℃×1 h固溶、175℃×6 h时效处理后,合金的综合力学性能较佳。
The 6061 aluminum alloy with different Al5 Ti1 B contents were prepared by casting method. The effects of Al5 Ti1 B on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 6061 aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that, the addition of Al5 Ti1 B can greatly refine the grain size and improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of 6061 alloy.When the amount of Al5 Ti1 B is 0.7%, the comprehensive mechanical properties of the alloy are better after the solution and aging treatment of 535 ℃×1 h+175 ℃×6 h.
