摘要
采用6种不同预热温度对3Cr2W8VSr新型压铸模具钢进行预热处理,并进行了高温磨损性能和热疲劳性能的测试分析。结果表明:当预热温度高于250℃时,模具钢的高温磨损性能和热疲劳性能明显下降。与250℃预热相比,预热温度为350℃时模具钢在500℃高温磨损试验后磨损体积增大9×10-3mm3,在1000次20~500℃冷热循环后热疲劳裂纹级别从3级变为8级。3Cr2W8VSr新型压铸模具钢的预热温度不宜超过250℃。
The 3 Cr2 W8 VSr die-casting die steel was pretreated at six different preheating temperatures. The wear and thermal fatigue properties of 3 Cr2 W8 VSr die-casting die steel were tested and analyzed. The results show that, when the preheating temperature is above 250 ℃, the high temperature wear properties and thermal fatigue properties of die steel decrease obviously. Compared with 250 ℃ preheating, the wear volume of die steel increases by 9×10-3 mm3 after 500 ℃ high temperature wear test. The thermal fatigue crack level of the sample changes from 3 to 8 grade after cold-heat cycles between20-500 ℃ for 1000 times. The preheating temperature of 3 Cr2 W8 VSr die-casting die steel should not exceed 250 ℃.
