基于Procast的浇注系统结构对建筑钢件低压铸造质量的影响

摘要 浇注系统是影响钢铸件成型质量的关键因素。本文以某型号建筑机械用箱体件的低压铸造作为研究对象,对比分析了四分流道和六分流道两种浇注系统结构的铸件填充、冷却规律和铸造缺陷分布情况,并研究对比了加压压力对铸件损伤分布的影响。结果表明,四分流浇注系统优于六分流浇注系统。 The pouring system is the key factor affecting the forming quality of steel castings. Taking the low pressure casting of the box part of a certain type of construction machinery as the research object, the casting filling, cooling law and casting defect distribution of the two gating system structures of four and six shunt channels were compared and analyzed.And the effect of pressure on casting damage distribution was studied and compared. The results show that the four-distributary gating system is superior to the six-distributary gating system.
