摘要 使用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对含铌高碳钢55MnCrNb进行了单道次热压缩试验,研究了不同温度(900~1150℃)和不同变形速率(0.1~10 s-1)下钢的热变形行为,建立了它的本构方程和动态再结晶临界应变模型。结果表明:55MnCrNb钢在变形速率0.1 s-1和变形温度1080~1150℃时出现动态再结晶;钢的热变形激活能Q=328.02 kJ/mol。 The single pass thermal compression test of 55 MnCrNb niobium containing high carbon steel was carried out by using Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator. The hot deformation behavior of the steel at different deformation temperatures(900-1150℃) and different deformation rates(0.1-10 s-1) was studied. Its constitutive equation and critical strain equation of dynamic recrystallization were established. The results show that dynamic recrystallization of 55 MnCrNb steel occurs at the deformation rate of 0.1 s-1 and the deformation temperature of 1080-1150 ℃, and the activation energy of hot deformation of the steel is 328.02 kJ/mol.
