摘要
在铸件生产过程中余热排放很大。介绍了铸造生产过程中余热的来源及不同来源余热的特点与回收利用方式。分析了现阶段我国铸造企业余热利用方面存在的主要问题,同时给出了发展对策,为进一步提高铸件生产余热利用率提供参考。
The output of waste heat produced in casting process is quite huge. The sources of waste heat in the casting process, the characteristics and the recycling methods of waste heat from different sources were introduced. The main problems in the utilization of waste heat in foundry enterprises in China at this stage were analyzed. At the same time, the development countermeasures were given, which provided a reference for further improving the utilization rate of waste heat in casting production.
