摘要 铆接后汽车车身薄板的翘曲变形严重影响装配精度。为了提高装配尺寸质量,本文试验板材选用AA6111铝合金板和DP780钢板,针对不同厚度的铝板和钢板,分析了多个铆点的不同铆接路径对铝钢薄板连接变形的影响。结果表明,多个铆点作用下的变形量大于单铆点的,但是通过优化铆接路径可以降低平板的翘曲变形。 The warping deformation of automobile body sheet after riveting seriously affects the assembly accuracy. In order to improve the quality of assembly dimensions, taking AA6111 aluminum alloy plate with different thickness and DP780 steel plate with the same thickness as the object, the effect of different riveting paths with several rivet points on the connection deformation of the aluminum-steel sheet was analyzed. The results show that the deformation under the action of multiple riveting points is greater than that of a single rivet point, and the warpage deformation of the plate can be reduced by optimizing the riveting path.
