基于正交试验的锻造工艺参数对AZ31镁合金力学性能影响的研究

Study on Influence of Forging Process Parameters on Mechanical Properties of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy Based on Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 使用正交试验研究了终锻温度、终锻速度和模具预热温度对AZ31镁合金锻件屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率的影响。结果表明,终锻温度对AZ31镁合金试样力学性能的综合影响最大,模具温度次之,终锻速度最小。当终锻温度为370℃、终锻速度为4 mm/s和模具预热温度为280℃时,试样的力学性能最优。 The effects of final forging temperature, final forging speed and die preheating temperature on yield strength,tensile strength and elongation of AZ31 magnesium alloy forgings were studied by orthogonal test. The results show that the final forging temperature has the greatest effect on the mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy specimen, followed by die temperature, and the final forging speed is the least. When the final forging temperature is 370℃, the final forging speed is4 mm/s and the die preheating temperature is 280℃, the mechanical properties of the sample are the best.
