耐多药肺结核患者30例抗结核治疗效果及安全性

Efficacy and safety of anti-tuberculosis treatment in 30 patients with mdr-tb

目的分析耐多药肺结核患者通过抗结核治疗的临床效果和安全性。方法选择河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的30例耐多药肺结核患者作为研究对象,病例选取时间在2018年6月至2019年7月,给予所有患者进行抗结核治疗,单纯进行抗结核治疗的15例患者为对照组,抗结核治疗联合左氧氟沙星治疗的15例患者为观察组,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、痰菌阴转情况、肺内病灶变化。结果观察组的治疗效果为86.67%,对照组为53.33%,观察组明显高于对照组,且组间差异比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为20%,头晕、恶心、皮肤过敏均分别为1例,对照组不良反应总发生率为60%,其中头晕3例,恶心3例,皮肤过敏3例,观察组总发生率明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论选用抗结核治疗联合左氧氟沙星方案给予耐多药肺结核患者治疗,可获得更理想治疗有效性,且患者不良反应较少,表现出良好安全性,该治疗方案值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of anti-tuberculosis treatment in multidrug-resistant tuberculosis(mdr-tb)patients.Methods Chose our hospital 30 cases of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis patients as the research object,the cases selected time in June 2018 to July 2019,giving all patients with anti-tuberculosis treatment,purely for anti-tuberculosis treatment of 15 patients as control group,anti-tuberculosis treatment with levofloxacin therapy of 15 patients as observation group,compared two groups of patients,the incidence of adverse reactions,the effect of phlegm germ feminine changed situation,changes in lung lesions.Results The curative effect of the observation Group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 53.33%(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions was 20%,and 1 case of dizziness,nausea and skin allergy,in the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was 60%,including 3 cases of dizziness,3 cases of nausea,3 cases of skin allergy,The total incidence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with mdr-tb are treated with a combination of anti-tb therapy and Levofloxacin,can obtain more ideal therapeutic effectiveness,fewer adverse reactions and good safety.The treatment scheme is worth to be popularized and applied.
