基于嵌入式的剑麻绳图像采集与检测系统

摘要 针对生产前期剑麻绳毛刺生成过多影响设备安全性和可靠性,因少部分粗细不均造成的整捆麻绳机械强度降低的问题,以数字信号处理和图像识别技术为基础,采用ARM+DSP嵌入式微处理器,结合PLC控制和图像检测技术,设计基于嵌入式的剑麻绳图像采集与检测系统,完成系统硬件和软件的设计。系统测试中,摄像头驱动加载流畅、图像采集稳定,通过图像处理算法快速实现麻绳直径实时显示,采用SQLite嵌入式数据库完成剑麻绳生产过程中直径参数的实时监测和存储。系统可为自动化控制提供可靠的参数支持,为实现整个剑麻绳生产工艺的自动化和信息化提供可靠保证。 The problems that too much burrs generated on the sisal ropes affect the equipment safety and reliability in the early production phase,and non-uniform thickness of a small part of the sisal ropes results in lower mechanical strength of the entire bundles are overcome.The embedded sisal rope image acquisition and detection system is designed by using the ARM+DSP embedded microprocessor,PLC control and image detection technology on the basis of digital signal processing and image recognition technology,so as to complete design of the system hardware and software.During the system test,the camera driver is loaded smoothly,the images are acquired stably,real-time display of the sisal rope diameters is quickly realized with the image processing algorithm,and real-time monitoring and storage of the sisal rope diameter parameters during production are completed by using the embedded SQLite database.The system can provide reliable parameter support for automatic control,and thus provide reliable guarantee to realize automation and informatization of the entire sisal rope production process.
