摘要
Twist是一个新的癌基因,在多种肿瘤中表达。Twist蛋白是上皮间充质转化(EMT)过程中关键调节因子和胚胎发生的主要调节剂。该文对Twist的正常功能、在肿瘤演进中形成的影响及其在妇科疾病中的作用作一综述。
Twist is a new oncogene,whose expression is increased in many kinds of neoplasms.Twist protein is both crucial regulatory factor in the EMT process and the major regulators of embryogenesis.This article summarizes the normal function of Twist,its influence on the formation of tumor and its role in gynecological diseases.
