摘要
乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。目前临床上乳腺癌缺乏特异性检查手段,且乳腺癌易复发、转移,给临床治疗带来巨大困难。研究发现环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)在乳腺癌的发生发展中起到重要作用,本文综述了近年来环状RNA在乳腺癌中的研究进展,以期为乳腺癌的诊断、治疗带来新的临床思路。
Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women.At present,there is a lack of specific examination methods for breast cancer,also breast cancer is prone to recurrence and metastasis,which brings great difficulties to clinical treatment.The study found that circular RNA(circRNA)plays an important role in the development of breast cancer.This review summarizes the recent research progress of circular RNA in breast cancer,in order to bring new clinical ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
