兔源致病性大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

Isolation and Identification of Pathogenic Escherichia Coli From Rabbits and Drug Sensitivity Test

从富阳某发病兔场分离到一株疑似大肠杆菌的菌株,对其进行了分离培养、生化试验、PCR鉴定、血清型鉴定、免疫原性试验及药敏试验。药敏试验结果表明:该菌对复方新诺明、羧苄青霉素、左氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星等药物高度敏感;为兔大肠杆菌病的诊断和防治提供了科学的依据。

A strain of suspected Escherichia coli was isolated from a rabbit farm in Fuyang.The isolation culture, biochemical test, PCR identification, serotype identification, immunogenicity test and drug sensitivity test were performed.The results of drug sensitivity showed that the bacteria are highly sensitive to abacin, carboxybenzylpenicillin, levofloxacin, enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, etc.It provided scientific basis for diagnosis and prevention of E. coli in rabbits.
