皖南国际文化旅游示范区建设成效评估

EVALUATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION EFFECTIVENESS OF THE INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL TOURISM DEMONSTRATION AREA IN THE SOUTH OF ANHUI PROVINCE

构建2008~2018年的面板数据集,采用双重差分方法定量评估皖南国际文化旅游示范区的建设成效,研究发现:(1)皖南国际文化旅游示范区规划建设显著促进了区内7个城市旅游总人数和旅游总收入增长;(2)人均GDP、科学技术财政支出、环境保护支出、高等学校在校生人数、工业废水排放量和人均道路面积等因素显著影响旅游收入和旅游人次的增长,城市建成区面积对旅游收入和旅游人次增长影响作用不显著;(3)稳健性检验结果表明,皖南国际文化旅游示范区规划建设显著促进了一日游人次、一日游收入、过夜游人次和过夜游收入的增长。

Constructing a panel data set from 2008 to 2018,this study used the difference-in-differences method to quantitatively evaluate the construction effectiveness of the international cultural tourism demonstration area in the south of Anhui Province.Results showed that:(1)The planning and construction of the international cultural tourism demonstration area in the south of Anhui Province significantly promoted the total number of tourists and the total tourism revenue of seven cities in the region;(2)GDP per capita,scientific and technological financial expenditures,environmental protection expenditures,the number of students in colleges and universities,industrial wastewater discharge and per capita road area significantly affected the growth of the total number of tourists and the total tourism revenue.The effect of urban built-up area on tourism income and tourism revenue was not significant;(3)The results of the robustness test showed that the planning and construction of the international cultural tourism demonstration area in the south of anhui Province has significantly promoted the growth of daily tourists,daily tourism revenue,overnight tourists and overnight tourism revenue.
