西北农村贫困县特岗教师专业结构变化特点与导向(2006-2018)

Traits and Orientation of Professional Structure Transformation of Special Post Teachers in Impoverished Counties in Northwest China(2006 to 2018)

摘要 通过对南县新进特岗教师专业结构变化的田野调查、数据统计计算及访谈发现,受传统文化观念、师资聘用政策、国家经济形势以及行业收入排名等因素影响,国家特岗教师政策实施以来,西北农村贫困县小学、初中特岗女教师比例总体均持续增高,但农村小学特岗教师性别比例起伏不大、初中特岗教师性别比例变化大;农村小学特岗教师中本、专科比例在2012年之前呈交错发展状态、之后呈本科化趋势。农村初中特岗教师专科学历始终处于下降趋势,直至2010年后完全消失。农村小学师范专业化程度持续走低,2012年前其师范专业比例一直保持在80%以上,之后一直在70%以下;2015年前,农村初中特岗教师师范专业化程度围绕80%比例上下浮动,2015年之后师范专业化程度总体开始提高。如果更新传统文化观念,形成新的切合农村贫困地区实际的农村教师工资标准,重视农村特岗教师招聘过程中实践能力考核,可能更有助于改善农村贫困地区教师队伍结构。 Based on the field survey,statistical calculations and interviews about the professional structure transformation of new special post teachers,it is found that the proportion of primary and junior high school female teachers has continually been rising in impoverished counties in northwestern since the implementation of special post teacher strategy and that the proportion changes more in primary schools than in junior high schools.Among special post teachers in rural primary schools,the proportion of undergraduates and junior college students were in the interlaced development before 2012 while after 2012,it is presented as undergraduatization.The number of special post teachers with junior college degree has been on the decrease until 2010 when it declines to zero.Proportion of special post teachers' normal professionalization in rural primary schools continues decreasing from above 80%in 2012 to below 70%after the same year while the proportion in junior high schools fluctuates around 80%before 201' and since then it gets promotion as a whole.It may be beneficial to the improvement of the structure of teaching faculty in impoverished rural areas to innovate traditional cultural concept,to formulate new correspondent salary standard for rural teachers,and to emphasize the practical ability examination during recruitments.
