外固定架在创伤骨科四肢骨折中的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of External Fixation in the Fracture of Extremities in Trauma Orthopaedics

目的:探讨外固定架在创伤骨科四肢骨折中的应用效果.方法:对比分析方法抽取了50例四肢骨折患者为对象,均来自于2017年6月-2018年6月.按照1:1的分组方法将患者分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组采用内固定术治疗,观察组采用外固定架治疗,比较手术情况和手术指标差异,统计患者临床治疗优良率及并发症发生率.结果:观察组优良率总占比率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的手术时间及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血少于对照组,切口长度短于对照组,差异均非常显著(P<0.05).结论:外固定架用于四肢骨折患者治疗中,能显著提升骨折患者的恢复效果,降低并发症,缩短康复愈合时间,效果显著,具有积极推广价值.

Objective:To investigate the application effect of external fixator in traumatic orthopedic fracture of limbs.Methods:50 patients with limb fracture were selected as objects by comparative analysis method,all of whom were from June 2017 to June 2018.Ac-cording to the 1:1 grouping method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,each of which was 25 ca-ses.The control group was treated with internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with external fixation.Results:The total proportion of excellent and good rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the op-eration time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group,and the incision length was shorter than that in the control group,with very significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The external fixator can significantly improve the recovery effect,reduce complications and shorten the healing time of patients with limb fractures in the treatment of patients with fractures,with significant effects and positive promotion value.
