手法神经松动术结合低能量超声波治疗肘管综合征的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Manipulation Nerve Loosening Combined with Low Energy Ultrasound in the Treatment of Cubital Tunnel Syndrome

目的:探讨应用手法神经松动术结合低能量超声波治疗肘管综合征的手功能疗效.方法:将30例由广州市番禺区桥南街社区卫生服务中心及番禺中心医院康复科、骨科门诊、创伤烧伤科的肘管综合征患者随机分为对照组15例和观察组15例.对照组接受常规的药物和输液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上接受神经松动术结合低能量超声波治疗,观察2组患者在15天治疗后的临床疗效,通过对患者的肌力(握力和捏力)、感觉及灵活性评估,并通过统计学的分析.结果:观察组的肘管综合征患者手功能恢复明显较对照组改善,肌力评估(握力和捏力),感觉评估及灵活性评估具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:常规的治疗加上神经松动术结合低能量超声波治疗对于肘管综合征患者手功能恢复有明显的临床疗效,能明显增加患者肌力,改善患者感觉及灵活性.

Objective:To evaluate the application of neural mobilization combined with low-energy ultrasound hand function curative effeet for the treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome.Methods:30 patients by panyu center hospital rehabilitation,orthopedics outpatient rehabilitation,acute trauma and He Xian hospital outpatient service of cubital tunnel syndrome patients 15 cases were randomly divided in-to control group and treatment group 15 cases.Control group accepted routine drugs and infusion treatment,the treatment group in the control group treatment under the premise of nerve manipulation combined with low power ultrasonic treatment,observe two groups of pa-tients after 15 days of treatment the clinical curative effect,based on the patients muscle(grip and pinch strength),sensory and flexibility evaluation,and through the statistical analysis.Results:the treatment group patients with cubital tunnel syndrome hand functional recov-ery was improved obviously,strength assessment(grip and pinch strength),sense evaluation and flexibility to evaluate statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion:routine treatment with nerve manipulation combined with low-energy ultrasound therapy for patients with cubital tunnel syndrome hand function recovery has obvious clinical efficacy,can be signifcantly increased in patients with muscle,im-prove patient's feeling and flexibility.
