Objective:To observe the efct of different rehabilitation methods on the recovery of proprioception of knee joint after ar-throscopic anterior fork ligament reconstruction.Methods:62 patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture treated in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group ac-cording to rehabilitation methods.31 patients in each group were divided into two groups. The ffect of knee propriception recovery was compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the two groups, the patients in the control group were very satisfied in 8 cases(25.81%),satified in8 cases(25.81%),unsatisfactory in 15 cases(48.39%)and satisfied in 51.61%;the patients in the observa-tion group were very satisfied in 38.71%,satisfied in 18 cases(58.06%)and unsatisfactory in 1 case(3.23%).The intention rate was 96.77%.There was a signifcant difference between the two groups. The recovery of knee joint function in the observation group was bet-ter than that in the control group, and there was signifcant difference between the two groups, with statistical significance. Conclusion; The proprioceptive rehabilitation training can accelerate the recovery of knee joint function and promote proprioceptive rehabilitation for pa-tients after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, which has clinical application and popularization value.
