摘要
目的了解工作家庭冲突对煤矿工人职业倦怠的影响,为调节煤矿工人职业倦怠提供科学理论依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法抽取新疆5家煤矿共1500名一线煤矿工人作为研究对象,采用职业倦怠量表和工作家庭冲突量表测量煤矿工人职业倦怠及工作家庭冲突水平,并分析二者的关系。结果不同性别、年龄、工龄、学历、倒班制度、婚姻状况和工种的煤矿工人职业倦怠得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同倒班制度和工种的煤矿工人在工作家庭冲突得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);工作家庭冲突基于时间、压力和行为的三个方面得分与情感耗竭呈正相关,压力和行为两方面与人格解体呈正相关,时间和行为方面与成就感降低呈负相关(P<0.05);家庭工作冲突基于时间、压力和行为的三个方面得分与情感耗竭和人格解体均呈正相关(P<0.05),压力和行为方面与成就感降低呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论工作家庭冲突是煤矿工人职业倦怠的影响因素,煤矿企业应合理安排工作,缓解煤矿工人工作家庭冲突,从而有效改善煤矿工人职业倦怠水平。
Objective To understand the impact of work-family conflict on the job burnout of coal miners,and to provide scientific theoretical basis for adjusting the job burnout level of coal miners.Methods Using stratified cluster random sampling method,1500 first-line coal miners from 5 coal mines in Xinjiang were selected as the study object.The burnout inventory and work-family conflict inventory were used to measure the level of job burnout and work-family conflict among coal miners,and the relationship between them was analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences in the scores of job burnout among the coal miners with different gender,age,length of service,educational background,shift system,marital status and job type(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of work-family conflict among the coal miners with different shift systems and types of work(P<0.05).Based on time,stress and behavior,the scores of work-family conflict were positively correlated with emotional exhaustion,stress and behavior were positively correlated with depersonalization,and time and behavior were negatively correlated with decreased sense of achievement(P<0.05).Based on time,stress,and behavior,the scores of family-work conflict were positively correlated with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization(P<0.05),and stress and aspects were negatively correlated with decreased sense of achievement(P<0.05).Conclusion The work-family conflict is a factor affecting the job burnout of coal miners.Coal mining enterprises and relevant health departments should alleviate the work-family conflict of coal miners,so as to effectively improve the job burnout level of coal miners.
