TOPSIS法和秩和比法在某三甲医院大型仪器设备效益评价中的运用研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究新疆某三甲医院16台500万以上大型仪器设备使用效益,为医院大型仪器设备管理提供参考。方法选择设备收支结余率、安全边际率、百元固定资产收益率和投资收益率4个指标,采用优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)和秩和比(RSR)法进行综合评价。结果该院16台大型仪器设备中A、B、K设备为低应用组, O、D、N、P设备为高应用组;其他设备为中等利用组。结论该院部分仪器设备使用效益低,医院设备管理水平有待进一步提升,医院应不断完善大型仪器设备的管理考核指标体系,提升大型仪器设备的管理水平。 Objective To study the use efficiency of 16 more than 5 million large-scale instruments and equipment of in a Grade III Level A hospital in Xinjiang,and to provide reference for the management of large-scale instruments and equipment in hospitals.Methods The equipment balance ratio,safety margin rate,100 yuan fixed assets yield and investment income rate were selected,and the comprehensive evaluation was carried out by using the Tos method and the RSR method.Results The A,B and K of 16 largescale instruments in the hospital belonged to low-application group,while O,D,N,and P belonged to high-application group and the others belonged to medium-application groups.Conclusion The use efficiency of some instruments and equipment in the hospital is low,and the management level of hospital equipment needs to be further improved.The hospital should continuously improve the management evaluation index system of large-scale instruments and equipment,and improve the management level of largescale instruments and equipment.
