原发性肝癌晚期患者绝望水平现状及其影响因素分析

Present situation of despair level for patients with primary liver cancer in advanced stage and analysis on its influencing factors

目的了解原发性肝癌晚期患者绝望水平现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选择在某三级甲等医院进行治疗的108例原发性肝癌晚期患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、贝克绝望量表以及家庭关怀度指数问卷对患者进行调查,对资料进行单因素方差分析、多元回归分析。结果原发性肝癌晚期患者贝克绝望量表总分为(11.06±3.24)分。多元回归分析显示家庭关怀度、文化程度、宗教信仰以及癌痛是原发性肝癌晚期患者绝望水平的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论原发性肝癌晚期患者绝望水平受多种因素影响,应采用综合措施降低患者绝望水平。

Objective To study the present situation of despair level for patients with primary liver cancer in advanced stage and analyze on its influencing factors.Method Investigate 108 patients with primary liver cancer in advanced stage from a third grade class A hospital by general information questionnaire,Beck Hopelessness Scale(BHS)and Family Apgar.The information receives one-way Anova and multiple regression analysis.Result The total score on BHS for patients with primary liver cancer in advanced stage is(11.06±3.24).Multiple regression analysis shows that family Apgar,education level,religious belief and cancer pain are main influencing factors of patients’despair level(P<0.05).Conclusion Despair level for patients with primary liver cancer in advanced stage is influenced by many factors,which needs to be decreased by comprehensive measures.
