来曲唑联合不同治疗方案对多囊卵巢综合征患者的疗效观察

Observation of the Effect of Letrozole Combined with Different Treatment Regimens on Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:探讨来曲唑联合不同促排卵方案治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)疗效观察。方法:回顾性分析105例PCOS患者临床资料,根据治疗方法分为来曲唑A组,来曲唑联合注射用尿促性素(HMG)B组,来曲唑+HMG+滋肾育胎丸C组,比较3组子宫内膜厚度、形态、排卵情况及妊娠情况。结果:A组子宫内膜厚度为(9.80±0.54) mm,B组子宫内膜厚度为(10.13±0.63) mm,C组子宫内膜厚度为(12.27±0.52) mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组中A+B型子宫内膜形态有20个,B组中A+B型子宫内膜形态有29个,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组中A+B型子宫内膜形态有36个,与A组、B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组优势卵泡(0.88±0.05)枚,成熟卵泡(0.75±0.05)枚;B组优势卵泡(1.20±0.08)枚,成熟卵泡(1.02±0.08)枚;C组优势卵泡(1.38±0.06)枚,成熟卵泡(1.26±0.06)枚,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组排卵率77.77%,B组排卵率95.00%,C组排卵率97.37%,B、C组排卵率均高于A组,差异有统计学意义,B、C组排卵率差异无统计学意义;A组妊娠率29.63%,B组妊娠率42.50%,C组妊娠率47.37%,A、B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C组妊娠率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:来曲唑联合HMG和滋肾育胎丸治疗PCOS卵泡发育好,子宫内膜容受性好,妊娠率增高。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of letrozole combined with different ovulation-promoting regimens in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:The clinical data of 105 PCOS patients admitted were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment method,they were divided into Letrozole A group,Letrozole combined with urotropin(HMG)B group and Trazozole+HMG+Zishen Yutai Wan C group.The endometrial thickness,morphology,ovulation and pregnancy were compared between the three groups.Results:The endometrial thickness of group A was(9.80±0.54)mm,group B was(10.13±0.63)mm,and group C was(12.27±0.52)mm;the difference was statistically significant.There were 20 endometrial types A+B in group A,29 in group B,and the difference was not statistically significant.There were 36 endometrial morphology of A+B type in group C,which was significantly different from group A and group B;In group A,there were(0.88±0.05)dominant follicles and(0.75±0.05)mature follicles;In group B,there were(1.20±0.08)dominant follicles and(1.02±0.08)mature follicles;In group C,there were(1.38±0.06)dominant follicles and(1.26±0.06)mature follicles;the difference of the three groups was statistically significant;The ovulation rate of group A was 77.77%,the ovulation rate of group B was 95.00%,the ovulation rate of group C was 97.37%,and the ovulation rate of group B,C was higher than that of group A and the difference was statistically significant while the ovulation rate of B,C group was not statistically significant.The pregnancy rate in group A was 29.63%,the pregnancy rate in group B was 42.50%,and the pregnancy rate in group C was 47.37%.There was a statistically significant difference between group A,B(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the pregnancy rate between group B,C(P>0.05).Conclusion:Letrozole combined with HMG and Zishen Yutai pills can improve the development of PCOS follicles,endometrial receptivity and pregnancy rate.
