人民币国际化:内在逻辑、基本特征及政策建议 被引量：4

Internationalization of RMB:Logic,Characteristics,and Promotion Measures

摘要 国际货币职能的逻辑层次是:支付、计价功能形成网络外部性,巩固国际货币地位,并支撑价值贮藏职能发展。比较美欧日元的国际化经验发现:货币国际化具有内生性,在国际分工体系中的优势是最核心因素,金融方面的政策推动可增强价值贮藏功能。当前人民币国际化的特点有:资本项下的人民币使用高于经常项下;区域分布更趋多元化;已形成人民币在经常项目"净输出"、资本项目"净回流"的境内外循环;"锚货币"特征和资产配置功能初显。本文提出进一步推动人民币国际化的政策建议,其中借鉴日元经验,尤其要注意资本项目可兑换和金融市场发展的政策力度需适度,谨防人民币在经常项目和资本项目中的跨境收付过度失衡。
