我国服装行业大规模定制的发展现状与策略分析 被引量:12

Development status and strategic analysis of mass customization in Chinese apparel industry

摘要 阐述了服装大规模定制的起源、背景以及国内发展现状,分析了其优势与劣势。利用现有理论阐述在国内服装行业实施大规模定制的重要意义,并指出在现有体系下国内企业在实施服装大规模定制时所面临的难点,即数据采集问题、供应链协调问题、订单整合与生产问题、消费者需求问题与定制复杂化问题。提出了这些难点的解决方案:将MTM下单系统与延迟策略相结合,建设智能化与信息化的生产体系,建设供应链数字化平台,在解决企业内部问题的同时,打破供应链相关企业间信息壁垒,推动企业乃至整个行业的发展。 The origin,background and the present status of domestic development of garment mass customization are expounds,and the advantages and disadvantages of garment mass customization are analyzed.By using existing theory,the significance of implementation of mass customization for clothing industry in China,and the difficulties faced by domestic enterprises in implementing mass customization under the existing system are pointed out,namely:data acquisition,supply chain coordination problems,order integration and production problems,consumer demand and customization complexity.The solutions for these difficulties are also put forward:combine MTM single order system with delay strategy,build intelligent and information-based production system,build supply chain digital platform,while solving the internal problems of enterprises,break the information barriers between the enterprises related to supply chain,and promote the development of enterprises and even the whole industry.
