多组分发热保暖针织物的热湿舒适性评价 被引量:9

Evaluation of thermal-moisture comfort of multi-component exothermic warm retention knitted fabric

摘要 采用EKS纤维、德绒纤维、腈纶、黏胶纤维和蛋白黏胶纤维设计组织结构相同、面密度相近的针织面料,测试织物的透湿性、芯吸性能、保暖性、吸湿发热性能和透气性等指标,进而研究不同比例纤维混纺针织物的热湿舒适性能。基于试验数据和结果分析,利用模糊数学综合评价方法对面料的热湿舒适性能进行客观评价。结果表明:纤维组成及混纺比为EKS纤维/德绒纤维/蛋白黏胶纤维30/30/40,纱线线密度为14.6tex时,混纺针织物热湿舒适性能最优。 The EKS fiber,wool fibers,acrylic fibers,viscose fiber and protein viscose fiber are used to design the knitted fabric with same organizational structure,similar gram weight.The fabric moisture permeability,core performance,warmth retention property,moisture absorption heat absorption performance and permeability are tested to study different proportion thermal wet comfort properties of fiber blended knitted fabrics.Based on the experimental data and results analysis,the thermal and wet comfort properties of fabric are evaluated objectively by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the blend fabric has the best performance when the fiber composition and blend ratio is 30/30/40 EKS fiber/textured fiber/protein viscose fiber and the yarn linear density is 14.6 tex.
