摘要
测试了面密度相同的100%竹炭黏胶织物、竹炭黏胶/聚酯73/27混纺织物及100%聚酯纤维织物的透气性、透湿性、保暖性、抗紫外性能及矿物元素含量等,研究了竹炭黏胶纤维的功能性。此外,还测试了100%竹炭黏胶纤维的远红外性能、负离子浓度、抗菌性能以及消臭性能。结果表明,竹炭黏胶纤维透气性、透湿性及保温性较好,抗紫外线功能明显,钠元素含量高,具备远红外性能及抗菌效果,负离子发生量中等,具有一定的消臭功能。
The air permeability,moisture permeability,warmth retention,anti-ultraviolet radiation properties and mineral element content of the fabrics of 100%bamboo charcoal viscose,73/27 bamboo charcoal viscose/polyester,and 100%polyester fiber are tested,and the far infrared radiation property,negative-ion concentration,antimicrobial property and deodorization property of 100%bamboo charcoal viscose fibers are also tested.The results show that bamboo charcoal viscose fiber has good air permeability,moisture permeability,heat preservation,obvious anti-ultraviolet property,high sodium content,far-infrared performance and antimicrobial effect,medium amount of negative ions,and a certain deodorization performance.
